By creating an account or using Mai Tai, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
You are responsible for your account. Keep your password secure.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Mai Tai. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent.
You retain full ownership of your content. By uploading, you grant Mai Tai a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, stream, display, and distribute your content on the platform. This license ends when you delete your content or close your account.
Every release must be accurately labelled for AI involvement (All, AI-Assisted, or AI-Generated). Mislabelled releases may be relabelled or removed at our discretion.
Mai Tai reserves the right to remove any content, at any time, without notice and without permission from the content owner, for any reason or no reason at all. We are not obligated to explain or justify our decisions.
You may not upload or share content that:
Release titles are checked against a blocked-word list. We may reject or remove content that violates this policy.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, at our sole discretion, without notice. We are not liable for any losses resulting from account suspension or content removal.
All disputes arising from your use of Mai Tai shall be resolved through binding mediation in Bingham County, Idaho, United States. You waive any right to a trial by jury, class action, or any other form of collective dispute resolution. Mediation shall be conducted in English and governed by the laws of the State of Idaho.
Mai Tai is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee the platform will be error-free, and service will remain uninterrupted.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mai Tai is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the previous 12 months.
You agree to defend and hold Mai Tai harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the platform or violation of these Terms.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
